John and I built custom LMSs together at Agilence — later acquired by eLearning Brothers — for the insurance and finance industries. State of the art, every feature the large players had, at a fraction of the cost.
That's the foundation. We didn't arrive at AI looking for a use for it. We arrived with two decades of knowing what actually makes training work — and a sharp eye for where AI moves the needle and where it's just noise.
